A central flip-down front opens to reveal a pull-out keyboard tray, so the typing position is right and the desktop stays clear. Closed, it reads as a drawer front and nothing else.
Solid wood throughout, hand-finished in a dark walnut stain under NC lacquer that shows the grain rather than covering it. Two side drawers run on metal glides with notched handles cut into the fronts rather than fitted on. The top is 60 by 26 inches, enough for dual monitors and paperwork at once. It weighs 85 pounds.
