The top back is left unfinished, deliberately, so the desk shows its construction where a wall would hide it anyway. Weathered oak against an antique silver metal frame.

Three drawers on ball-bearing side glides with single cup pulls: two side drawers at 12 by 14 inches and a center one at 17 by 14, all three inches deep. Two open shelves stack on the left with an open back, each 14 by 21 inches, with 8 inches of clearance at the top shelf and 9 at the bottom. Plastic caps on the metal legs protect the floor. There is 23 inches of clearance under the top.
